Step 1: Have your health plan information available

Before beginning, it helps to keep the following information ready:

Date of birth Identity verification

A Social Security number is generally not required during the first review process. The system follows privacy and security standards and does not change your current healthcare coverage.

Step 2: Complete the eligibility review

The review takes place directly through the official Pyx Health website. The system checks whether your provider participates and whether your coverage includes food support services.

Step 3: Verify delivery information

If your coverage qualifies, you’ll be able to confirm or update the location where deliveries should be sent.

The delivery address can be different from the address originally associated with your health plan.

If services are unavailable in your area, you may receive future availability updates.

Step 4: Download the free mobile app

The Pyx Health app, available for iOS and Android devices, offers additional support resources including:
